The Process: 5 easy steps!   Search New Homes & Communities by all home builders (contact us if you need assistance)
Visit the New Home Communities in Georgia that interest you. As you enter the model homes, be sure to register us as your *Buyer Agent with the New Homes' Sales Representatives. These are the Builders' Agents who sit in the decorated model homes. This is usually accomplished by filling out a registration card. The card will ask you: "do you have your own agent and/or Realtor®?" Simply check  Yes | Click here to learn more about the benefits of a good buyer agent. Identify the New Home that you want to buy. If we are not already proactively working with you, then contact us at this point so that we can set up your written cash back bonus agreement. It's our focus to help you seek out, to the extent possible, a lower price and better terms for your new home with the New Home Sales Representative & Builder. We will be there for you all-the-way through the entire process. Close on your New Home and your extra bonus is issued either @ the closing table or within 72 hrs. after closing.  We put it in writing.   To comply with Georgia Law & a Federal Statute called RESPA, we can only give this bonus to the home buyer (also known as a principle to the transaction).
