Who's Looking Out For You?
As you visit new home communities throughout Georgia, just let any Builder's Agent or Representative know that you are working with us as your Buyer Agent (Realtor®). This is often times accomplished by filling out a registration card upon your first visit. A Builder's Agent is the Representative who sits in the decorated model home and represents the Builder in the transaction.
The Process:
- Search for your New Home (contact us if you need assistance)

Visit the New Home Communities that interest you. If you go without us being present, be sure to register us as your Buyer Agent (Realtor®) with the New Homes' Sales Representatives. These are the Builders' Agents who sit in the decorated model homes.

Identify the New Home that you want to buy. If we are not already proactively working with you, then contact us at this point so that we can set up your written cash back bonus agreement.

We help you negotiate the best price and terms with the New Home Sales Representative & Builder.

Close on your New Home and your bonus is issued either @ the closing table or within 24 hrs. after closing.
Attention: We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible for proper procedure and certainly before you sign a new home builder contract so we can set up your written cash back agreement. You must Contact Us for exact details.
If the onsite sales representatives present any problems to you with the registration of our information at any new home community in Georgia, contact us immediately @ 770.605.6261 -- 6 days a week (Mon - Sat). This is important to receiving this extra incentive, as proper procedure is vital in the New Home registration process.
